Rex ONeal
Partner, Faegre & Benson
Rex O'Neal is a partner in the Boulder office of Faegre & Benson. ONeal is co-chair of Faegre & Benson's emerging companies practice. He has extensive experience counseling emerging technology, life science and renewable energy companies and their investors in the United States and China. His primary areas of practice include venture capital financings, technology licensing and strategic alliances, public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Faegre & Benson, ONeal was a co-founder and served as chief executive officer of Radiant Data Corporation, a data storage software company. Prior to that, he was an associate and partner in the Palo Alto and Colorado offices of Cooley Godward LLP.
